Banana Nut Bread
Thanks to our Chef, Sara Fawcett, you can have your favorite holiday bread, Paleo Style!
BANANA NUT BREAD
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/8 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons honey (I used an organic honey from the Big Island)
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups walnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mash bananas with a fork.
- Add all other ingredients to bananas in a large bowl until well incorporated.
- Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
- Pour mixture into loaf pan
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
