Came to Oahu on vacation and dropped in for a few classes. Met a few coaches and all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. The classes weren't the toughest but definitely was enjoyable and made me sweat! The class sizes were surprisingly big too - which made it all the funner. Most people looked like they knew each other and some introduced themselves to me as well which made it funner. Overall, great experience and I wish I had this gym close to me back home - I'd be a member for sure.

I travel to Honolulu on business 3 or 4 times a year. I have dropped in for work outs here and done Open workouts here at least 20 or 30 times. The community is great, the coaches are friendly, the facility is large and well equipped. I read some of the negative reviews here, but none of this has been my experience (maybe there was a personality conflict or something). I can say nothing bad about this box. If you are visiting Oahu, or live there, it makes sense to go down and visit CrossFit Oahu.

CrossFit Oahu was very welcoming while my wife and I were visiting Waikiki on vacation. The coach was knowledgeable, the members were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was great. We will definitely drop in again anytime we are in Oahu.

Dropped in while visiting the island from Seattle. It was a 9am class on a Wednesday and Coach Courtney was there when we first walked in. She told us that the drop in fee was free first visit, then you can subscribe to a package that fits your weekly/monthly needs after that. My first impression was that the box was huge, compared to others I've been to. All the equipment was neatly stacked and had plenty of rigs, barbells, even a ton of foam rollers and mobility tools. Coach Courtney went over the WOD, then we did about 20-30 mins of mobility, which I really needed and appreciated. The wod was similar to FGB style with 1 min max effort of Rx barbell movement then 30 secs of max pull ups then 30 secs rest x 4. She did a great job of coaching people their technique and doing a class led warm up before the wod started. After, we chatted a bit and bought a tank top to support the box. Overall, solid coaching and programming would recommend for anyone visiting. Mahalo Crossfit Oahu for the hospitality!

Was on vacation during 19.4 and popped in here. They didn't charge and were extremely helpful. It's such a great big gym. If I lived there, I would definitely be a member!

Last week was my first time ever trying CrossFit, after the first visit I was hooked. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I was initially intimidated because I’m new at this but almost immediately the jitters went away. Decided to sign up and I’m happy to call this place my new CrossFit home.

One of the best facilities on the island. My wife and I dropped in on the last day of 2018 for a holiday WOD and it was really fun! Our first drop in was even free! Definitely, would have been my box if I lived in Oahu.

Man I really felt the island spirit at Crossfit Oahu. I dropped in for a workout while attending a conference and was warmly greeted to attend for the WOD for free. Owner Bryant was an awesome coach covering all the points of performance, scaling options and leading us through a thorough warm up and workout. The environment was both challenging and encouraging and the people were really friendly. Wished I could have come back for another!

Like most Crossfit gyms the people and coaches were very friendly. If your from a colder climate, be prepared to sweat a lot! Also, the humidity naturally causes the bars to rust a bit so I recommend wearing clothing you can get a little dirty..... Not many Box's have a free "drop-in fee" which I thought was pretty cool!
