As Oahu’s number one CrossFit Drop in location we love visiting CrossFitters and would like to make your stay as great as possible! Please take a quick glance the info below as we have put together most of the info to make your Drop In (but not your WOD!) easy.
Over 1000+ drop ins a year enjoy our locations so please let us know if there is anything we can do help you out. If you love your Drop In leaving us a review, buying a shirt or two, and general being awesome really helps us out!

If it’s your first time dropping in to CF Oahu/Pearl City, try to arrive 15 minutes early.
Stop by the front desk to sign in and say Aloha! You will be asked to fill out a waiver before starting class.
Click HERE is the page to get turn by turn directions from your location. If you plan to stay in Waikiki, our Honolulu location is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away.

CrossFit Pearl City-
425 Kamehameha Hwy, Pearl City, HI 96782
CrossFit Oahu (Honolulu)-
There are 18 parking spots in front of our location on Reed lane and another 20 at the back of Reed Lane in the parking lot. All stalls are marked “CrossFit Oahu”. One the weekend and after 4pm we can park in any of the stalls in the back parking lot.
CrossFit Pearl City-
Park in any “unmarked” stall in front of our location. Also as you pull in turn right and there is also a large lot where you can park in any stall open stall.
First time at another CrossFit???
Don’t worry we will take care of you. Just let our Coaches know about any scaling or working around injuries you might need. Here Here is a great article (and funny) about how to be a good Drop In-

Open Gym or Special Programming-
We have Open gym on Sundays but cannot promise access to Open Gym or non class training opportunities at other times.
If you have super specialized training that needs to get done outside class please email us. Generally we can make it happen. Our key concerns are not disrupting the normal classes and the gym being cleaned back up. The best time for this is during the AM or afternoon.
Bringing keiki (kids)-
Kids are welcome but we do not have supervised childcare.
We do have free wifi
We only have showers at our Honolulu location.
We have these so bring your water bottle. Spoiler alert it will be hot here!!!
