Aloha!
After a web session way back in 2003 I found CrossFit and have been loving it every since. Doing things like gymnastics, wrestling, and break dancing growing up CrossFit was an easy fit for me. At the time I was serving in the U.S. Army Infantry as soon a I got out I opened CrossFit Oahu. Coaching and being an affiliate owner have been a blast. Where else would you get to work with kids, grandmothers, Navy SEALS, and world champions all in one day? Everyday I am excited to wake up and make CFO better and better.
Outside of the gym I like to work on different types of art related projects, learn new skills, and travel to other places. If you see me in the say “Hi”!
