As Oahu’s number one CrossFit and Olympic Lifting drop in location would like to make your stay as great as possible. We love off-island visitors, military TDY, and vacationing CrossFitters! Our convenient 12,000sqft Honolulu facility in the heart of Kaka’ako is only a few mins from Waikiki. Everything you need you to get set up in 2-3 mins is on this page.
You can purchase your pass below on your phone, then your pass will be at the gym for you, and finally, we will text you some follow-up info. All the basic stuff like parking and also some more fun stuff like our favorite hikes, beaches, and local food around the gym. After that, you need to see the class times they are below. No need to pre-check into classes after you purchase the pass.

I had an amazing experience at CrossFit Oahu during my week-long stay in the area! As someone visiting from Long Island, I was looking for a place to get a good workout while on vacation, and CrossFit Oahu exceeded my expectations. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has a great atmosphere.A special shoutout to Coach Malachi—his coaching was top-notch! His attention to detail, encouragement, and ability to push me to improve made all the difference. I learned so much in just one week, and his knowledge of technique and form really stood out.The entire community at CrossFit Oahu was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I had the chance to drop in for a workout at Oahu CrossFit during my visit to Hawaii and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and positive. The coach/owner Bryant was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes, felt supported. The facility had all the equipment you need for a great workout. The programming was challenging and varied for a fun experience. This box has the wow factor from the offset, it offers everything you could wish for. You'll be like a kid in a candy store! The coaches are fantastic, so knowledgeable, it's their own programming and it is exactly what you want from a crossfit box. I am currently travelling in hawaii and have been here twice, I have since bought a 2 week pass because this place really does tick all the boxes! I even dragged my friend along to prove what I've just stated above and told everyone back home in the UK that this is the place to go!

WOW! CrossFit Oahu is a stellar box. I dropped in for a class while I was in town and was so impressed not only with their huge, beautiful facility, but also their really excellent coaching. They had three different versions of the daily workout, so anyone at any ability could participate and they were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend checking them out!! Buy your day/week/month pass in advance and you just show up. I deeply appreciate the ease and general awesomeness here

I have come home to visit for many years since I’ve moved away and visited all the other CF locations except this one till today. It is by far the largest facility and I love the energy of this place. Bryant was welcoming, engaging, and very knowledgeable. While the classes are quite large, the coaches are great at keeping an eye on each person during the workout. So even if you’re afraid because there are so many people, don’t shy away from coming in because everyone, whether they’re also a drop in or a member, is welcoming and will help you. The most important thing I look for is coaching knowledge and the vibe of the gym. This gym has lots of excellent coaches and great vibes. They also have great merch you can buy as a souvenir with awesome designs! I personally really enjoyed myself here and will always make it a point to get a class, or five, in while I’m home on the island. Thanks so much for welcoming me to your CF ohana 🤙🏽

Was there for 4 years. Never regretted a single cent or second that I gave them pre or post Covid. BP is the owner. Super cool dude. Check him out on the SEVAN PODCAST. They talked for 2 hours. Listen to him yourself if you don’t believe me. SEVAN PODCAST & BRYANT POWERS that’s all you gotta type in. Drop in. Buy a shirt. Break a sweat. Talk story. Beach, vibe and everything. Spacious gym with all the equipment you can think of and then some. Dropping in was super easy, and got way more than my $20 worth. The coaching was phenomenal, the skill was handstands and it was more of a mini clinic. Will be taking some of what I learned home to use when I coach. Was pushed in the workout and given the opportunity to try something new.Overall, amazing experience.

CrossFit Oahu is exactly what I've been looking for to restart my CrossFit journey! As a local, I dropped in to check out the facility and was immediately impressed. The coaches are incredibly welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch - especially loving the turf area for sled pulls. The dog-friendly policy is a huge plus, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for getting back into fitness. After just one session, I knew this was the right place to commit to. My wife and I stopped into CrossFit Oahu while on the island for our 25th. wedding anniversary. We bought a few shirts from one of the coach’s and the members were friendly and welcoming. I bought a week’s pass but unfortunately was only able to go to one class because I got a sick. However, the coach/owner that ran the class I did attend was exceptional. The class was organized and taught exceptionally well from the warmup, to the skill and into the workout. Probably one of the best classes I have been part of and I have been to a lot of CrossFit places over 15 years. If you want a great place to visit while on vacation or looking for a place to become a member look no further!

The online sign up was easy, the price was very fair, spacious facility, and the coaches were fun and offered many different options for the workouts.The only downside is that if you’re staying in Waikīkī, give extra time for traffic, we should’ve just walked ☀️🌈🌴.

If you are visiting Oahu and want to get in a workout, this is a great place to do it. Located in Kakaako, in a warehouse, this box is large and extremely well equipped! The coaching is excellent and caters to all levels of crossfitters. Need to scale it down,or up, the coaches got you covered either way, to make sure everyone gets the most out of their workout. Lots of focus on skills and range of motion here, it’s not just about load. Programming is all in house by the owner, Bryant Powers, and a lot of thought has gone into this to best serve the community. There is lots of variety in the wods and the equipment used. I made a lot of new friends during my visit and I look forward to my next trip to the island!🩷🌸🩷🌸

I’ve dabbled in crossfit from time to time but I wouldn’t call myself a crossfitter. However, I was looking for a gym to join for about two weeks while visiting home.First of all, their visitor price is very reasonable compared to other gyms or classes.Their space is very large and every wall is decorated with lit wall art that matched the tone and feel of the gym.The music was not always your typical angry music with cuss words in it. I really got pumped with the music choices!They had choke (a lot of) gear and weights. So it was hard to “not” have the equipment you needed.In regards to attendees, they have their regulars and then their visitors. They actually get a lot of visitors! Once, they had 12 on one day! I don't usually like full classes but I was able to get used to it. You need to be flexible and to be able to work with the space you have.In regards to the trainers, overall, they were excellent. I was impressed with the ones who had to manage a large group of visitors. My only concern is if they are really able to support every individual during the workouts. Those moves can be really dangerous. Out of the 8 times I went, I got checked in by a trainer maybe about 3 times. They commented that “I looked like I knew what I was doing”. So I don’t know if it is best for those who are very new to crossfit.Overall, my husband, friend, and I enjoyed it. Id return the next time I come back home for sure.

Let’s start with I’m old and out of shape. I haven’t done CrossFit for about 8 years. I got a week pass at CrossFit Oahu and was determined to just get started again. (I live in Germany on an Army base and honestly haven’t found a good CrossFit place for me there). Well, I got started for sure. This was the BEST experience I could’ve asked for. This Box is the most welcoming, helpful, non-judgmental place ever! I feel inspired. Great location, great atmosphere, all the equipment you need, great coaches (PATIENT coaches), challenging WODS. Love it. Wish i lived here so i could come in all the time!

I was visiting from Atlanta and dropped into CrossFit Oahu yesterday. Not only was the facility huge but they had the COOLEST equipment. I felt like I was in a Samoan jungle gym. I messaged the gym at the # on the website and immediately received a response that included links to ALL the information I would need about how to drop in and how to accomplish the Open at their gym. They are extremely welcoming and the place is so big and well equipped that they always offer “open gym” during their regularly scheduled classes. The staff and regular members were extremely hospitable and super supportive. Definitely check it out if you are visiting Oahu.

Thoroughly enjoyed my drop-in at Crossfit Oahu - burpees and all! In town for my wife's work, biked over from the Lay Low hotel (3-ish miles) and was happy I did. Small class of 5 regulars and me for a 9 am on a Monday. Courtney was a great coach, focusing on her regulars while keeping an eye on me throughout the workout. The fact that she played a pair of A Tribe Called Quest songs during the WOD only made my experience better! I would definitely recommend dropping in to anyone in the area!

Loved dropping in at CrossFit Oahu! The drop-in policy is amazing and allowed me to enjoy 3 classes during my week in Honolulu. No one put on pressure to buy merchandise, which I of course happily did, but is another testament to just how welcoming and friendly the coaches are. I would definitely go back on my next visit.

Big shout out to coach Chris (enthusiastic, full of energy and big on doing things the right way) and the team (super friendly, Helpful). First time I have visited another box ouside of Melbourne. Such a great way to start the day! My husband and I were visiting from NJ and we decided to drop in. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the workout was fun and challenging. Plus there was no drop in fee, so cool!! We did buy a shirt because we wanted to and not because we had to which I appreciated. We plan to go back again before we go.

I rode here on my biki rental bike from Waikiki almost every day. Trainers always introduced themselves and made me feel welcome. I was extremely impressed with the their expertise- each lesson I learned something new and received personal feedback. Very cool place to workout!

I travel to Honolulu on business 3 or 4 times a year. I have dropped in for work outs here and done Open workouts here at least 20 or 30 times. The community is great, the coaches are friendly, the facility is large and well equipped. I read some of the negative reviews here, but none of this has been my experience (maybe there was a personality conflict or something). I can say nothing bad about this box. If you are visiting Oahu, or live there, it makes sense to go down and visit CrossFit Oahu.

Second time dropping in a Crossfit box in Hawaii. CFO has a great team, fantastic coaches, and can't beat the drop in policy. The coaches do a great job breaking down the movements, watching everyone during the wod, and make quick spot corrections if needed. If I moved here I would without a doubt join, but also recommend to anyone on vacation!

Driving Directions-
Click HERE is the page to get turn by turn directions from your location. If you plan to stay in Waikiki, our Honolulu location is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away.
CrossFit Oahu(Honolulu)-
556 Reed Lane, Honolulu, HI 96813
Parking-
HERE is a PDF of the map of all the free parking at our Facility
There are 18 parking spots in front of our location on Reed lane and another 20 at the back of Reed Lane in the parking lot. All stalls are marked “CrossFit Oahu”. One the weekend and after 4pm we can park in any of the stalls in the back parking lot.
Open Gym or Special Programming-
HERE are all the details for doing Open gym with us while dropping in. We have an Open gym space in the gym and Open Gym during normal class hours but cannot promise access to Open Gym or nonclass training opportunities at very specific times.
If you have super-specialized training that needs to get done outside class please email us. Generally, we can make it happen. Our key concerns are not disrupting the normal classes and the gym being cleaned back up. The best time for this is during the AM or afternoon
