It’s easy to drop in with us!
As Oahu’s number one CrossFit and Olympic Lifting drop in location would like to make your stay as great as possible. We love off-island visitors, military TDY, and vacationing CrossFitters! Our convenient 12,000sqft Honolulu facility in the heart of Kaka’ako is only a few mins from Waikiki. Everything you need you to get set up in 2-3 mins is on this page.
You can purchase your pass below on your phone, then your pass will be at the gym for you, and finally, we will text you some follow-up info. All the basic stuff like parking and also some more fun stuff like our favorite hikes, beaches, and local food around the gym. After that, you need to see the class times they are below. No need to pre-check into classes after you purchase the pass.

While we've only been at it for about 2 months, we train 4-5 days a week and absolutely love it. The coaches are knowledgable, correct your form and give you tips without making you feel like an idiot. I can't imagine going back to just leg day or just chest/biceps day. Every day is a push outside of my comfort zone and the workouts are intense enough to challenge my mental toughness, but can be dialed back for movements that I can't yet complete (multiple pullups, hand-stand pushups, etc.)
One of my favorite things about CFO is the family-friendly atmosphere. Having been in gyms before that it's all about putting on a tough guy persona or catering to people with aggression issues, this place is a place that I can bring my kids, man, I'd even bring my mom here and not feel awkward. I've never hear the coaches swear and the music is PG-rated, which is a big deal for most gyms that I've been in. It's refreshing to see parents working out with their kiddos, mom's doing pullups while baby is asleep in the stroller and guys in their 60's doing overhead squats. I never get the impression that anyone is judging me for what I can or can't do or how much weight I'm pushing. All I get is encouragement to do my best.
This is the first box that I've ever been a part of and I can't imagine being anywhere else.

Parking-

There are 18 parking spots in front of our location on Reed lane and another 20 at the back of Reed Lane in the parking lot. All stalls are marked “CrossFit Oahu”. One the weekend and after 4pm we can park in any of the stalls in the back parking lot.
Open Gym or Special Programming-
HERE are all the details for doing Open gym with us while dropping in. We have an Open gym space in the gym and Open Gym during normal class hours but cannot promise access to Open Gym or nonclass training opportunities at very specific times.
If you have super-specialized training that needs to get done outside class please email us. Generally, we can make it happen. Our key concerns are not disrupting the normal classes and the gym being cleaned back up. The best time for this is during the AM or afternoon
