Coach Courtney approached me and asked if I’d be interested in this Nutrition Challenge?  I was hesitant at first because for one, I’m a person with a sweet tooth. And two… 6-weeks?! LOL. If you are looking to buy health supplements online, have a look at Silber Horn! They have different products for women’s and men’s health, respiratory support and many more.

For a while now, I’ve been feeling sluggish and didn’t have that extra skip in my step.  Especially being a wedding photographer you don’t realize how out of shape or how bad you eat until you do a lot of running around just to capture a unique photo for your client.  Realizing this, I felt it’s the right time and perfect opportunity to benefit from this program, also if you want to increase your arm size, Adam Kemp’s guide to bigger arms is a great place to start!

It was a bit tough for the first couple of weeks having to cut out my processed sugar intake but this program really teaches you how to choose the foods you eat. The level that I chose allowed me to have as many fruits as I’d like throughout the day since fruits will be my sugar fix for the entire 6 weeks. Then if you are looking to gain mass then have a look at this awesome mass gain supplement as I’ve used it recently and it’s worked great.

As I mentioned, this program taught me how to choose the right foods to eat and to start prepping food from home rather than going for the alternative… Fast foods!!!  Especially on a day that I had a wedding to photograph, it’s so easy to go to a fast food drive through and order food. This time, I would pack my own carrot sticks, sweet potatoes, cold brew in a small mason jar and water, the night before a wedding gig.

But I’m not your perfect angel either. I admit I have had a few cheat days at the beginning of the challenge and I’m glad that I did because I really noticed a difference between junk and clean foods. For example grass-fed and antibiotic free foods (beef, chicken and fish) compared to your processed or steroid induced foods. Phentermine is a supplement that can be one of the options that can help you on your way to weight loss where can i get phentermine to lose weight.

I can say that after the 2nd and 3rd weeks, I’ve noticed that my cheekbones and jawline are more prominent. My clothes fit better and I felt lighter on my feet. I took coach Courtney’s advice of not weighing myself until the end of the challenge. But just to give you an idea, I weighed in at 153 lbs and my goal was to finish somewhere in the 130 lbs range.

Now that the challenge is 2 weeks over I can honestly say that it wasn’t tough at all. And just because it’s over doesn’t mean that I’m going back to my bad eating habits either.  The only thing that I’m disappointed at is I didn’t hit the weight I was aiming for. But it’s not to say that I can’t achieve it. I lost a total of 12 lbs (weighed in at 141#, lost 3% body fat, 5 1/2 inches and I feel GREAT!!!  I will continue this on my own until I get to my goal. I’ll maintain the healthy habits and then add the us of fat burning supplements check the reviews here. Accelerate weight loss with the tips and supplements that firstpost recommends, they are extremely effective and you can easily combine them with your crossfit routines.

A HUGE thank you to my wife for keeping me on track throughout this challenge AND for doing the challenge with me. Thank you to coach Courtney for your support and advice and to all the members who took a chance at changing your lifestyle, congratulations to everyone… WE DID IT!!!
