Marc Hino

Born and raised in Honolulu, I grew up 5 minutes from the beach so bodysurfing, surfing and outdoor activities have always been a part of my life. When I discovered CrossFit through some fellow firefighters, it was just a natural fit for my lifestyle! It allows me to be confident and able to conquer whatever my job as a firefighter may throw at me, as well as being in the best shape of my life in my 40s. What I love most about coaching at CFO is being able share my knowledge and experiences with our members and seeing them experience the same kind of growth I have through CrossFit.
