Mike Goldberg captured some of your ups and downs during Hero Week with this video of the WOD JT! It was a tough week and just when you thought it was done we hit you Severin on labor day but I think almost everybody survived. I think everybody liked it too otherwise why would you have posted over 170+ comments on the GI Joe Blog to vote for Hero Week in the first place.

Hey Guys,
Just a friendly reminder that this Saturday is the BBQ for being the Best Gym in Hawaii. I know that alot of you are on the Paleo Challenge and wondering what to bring, might I suggest Meat, Fruits, Vegtables, and maybe more Meat. In my quest for a delicious meal I have stummbled upon a recipe that has been my favorite since I began Crossfit and I would like to share it with you.
Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
1 package of Chicken
1package of Bacon( idk if this is Paleo but I love bacon)
1 onion
2 carrots
2 zucchini's
1 package of mushrooms
1 tsp McCormick Italian Seasoning (you can add more if you want)
Directions
Cook Chicken thouroughly. Cut up ingredients to however size you want. Cook Bacon. When Bacon is to your likeing add the other ingredients. Cook for about 10-15mins. When the Chicken is cooked, cut it into bit sized pieces and mix with the other ingredients. When that is done, sit back and enjoy your meal. What's your favorite dish? Let us know in the comments.
