Ever want to get the chance to use some of the special equipment at CFW? Every Saturday in January, CFW will be holding a strength training program that will let you get your tire flipping, sled pushing, and rope climbs on.
There are only 10 spots open for this program, so me if you are interested (they’ll be filling up fast)! Every Saturday at 12 noon.
