I’m on a boat! That’s what you can say when we head out to the Kaneohe Sandbar for some fun in the sun. It will be $15 per person to cover the boat rental fees; any leftover will go towards refreshments. RSVP date to be announced.

There will be only one WOD, at 10:00am, to honor those that have given the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. Wear your red, white and blue and if you have a weight vest, bring it. Potluck and drinks immediately following the WOD, so bring your favorite dish and most thirst-quenching refreshments.
