Squat variations with Juggs

A squats a squat, right? Nope. There are quite a few different variations of the squat, and each is it’s own unique beast to acquaint yourself with. In this video we’ll go over the major differences between three variants (low-bar & high-bar back squat and front squat) of a barbell squat. You own personal body mechanics and goals will dictate the best squat for you, but in the long run, squatting (and lots of it) of any kind will placate the Fitness Gods. K.
