Hope you guys enjoyed the Holidays! As of today we have 41 days until the CF Open. These are the proving grounds where you can put your Crossfit battle readiness to the test! I personally am ready to see some CF badasses come out of the woodwork and tear some sh*t up. Mark Laakso represented last year by winning the CF Open and taking third at the CF Games Masters Division. Who is Next?
