Sore legs?

Hey everyone.
Great job to everyone that competed this weekend and thank you to all that were there to support. For those that competed and athletes that participated in the WOD’ s these last couple days, I am sure your legs must be fried. Fear not, I am some videos that can help you out. While following these videos, rest and diet is still important. Also, have you ever tried a ice bath to help speed up the recovery process? Try it out, and hope you like the videos.

  • Paleo Recipes

    With this diet you will be eating a lot of protein and a lot of fat. Most of your carbohydrates should be derived from vegetables with fruit being eaten sparingly due to it’s high sugar content. As mentioned avoid all dairy products.
