Ouch my knees!

Athletes always come up and ask me, ” why do my knees still hurt?” or ” why can’t I do a Over hear Squat?” Hip mobility is crucial to accomplishing these 2 topics. There are many things that we can do to free up our hips. Before a WOD, try to work on you squats by warming up with them or a little stretching session on the blue mat before and after a WOD. If you need more help, I have some videos that could help you out.
