Through out my journey in competition, I have embarked on taking on a strongman comp. In my training I have incorporated many disciplines but my main source of training is Crossfit. Now, that’s not the only thing I have been doing. Being ready to lift and move a large load a long distance very fast, I have been doing a lot of Olympic lifting and Barbell lifting.
