Day after day, wood after wood, we put our bodies through a lot of stress on that road to optimal physical fitness. We tend to forget about that little thing called mobility. Have any nagging pains or not as mobile as you would like to be? Some of the best equipment that I use could be found in the gym. One of my favorites is the lacrosse ball or the pain ball. It is a very versatile tool. There is also the foam roller and the wall. Here are some videos that you can check out in your quest to becoming more mobile.
