Do we need Crossfit Football type workouts? Sure I think it would be very beneficial for everyone. Most on the workouts in CFF are based on playing Football. Short, hard, explosive movements done at a shorter duration. I love the program because of the heavy weights, intervals, and shorter type metcons. How do you feel about Crossfit Football, should we implement it into our programing?
