I like to collect old fitness. I know that is a little weird but it beats selling drugs on the street.

People seems to be cut from a different cloth back then. Partly I think I it was a lack of internet. If you wanted to say lift a horse you would just go and lift a horse. There was no expert telling you to not lift a god damn horse as a way to exercise.

Super Athletes

On of the coolest books I have in my collection is “Super Athletes”. Its a 665 page book that has all the records of human performance up until the 1970′s. It even has a section on Human vs Animal combat records which we might dive into on another blog.
