A Tour of the CrossFit online

For some of you this post will be old news. For other you will be like holy crap and didn’t know there was that much CrossFit stuff online!!!

CrossFit.com

This is where it all started. When I found CF online in 2003 there was online really one CrossFit site. The main site. The forum was the place to be and all the heavy hitters posted on there daily. You could also read every forum post and main site comments. Now the comments on the mainsite number in the hundreds!!

Be sure to check out Affiliate page and the Fourm for a ton of content.

Journal.crossfit.com

Back in the day the CrossFit Journal was a monthly PDF that got emailed to you at the start of every month. Now it is a crazy machine that pumps out videos and PDFs daily to hungry masses. There is almost no way to keep up with it any more!!

Be sure to check out all the free videos and PDFs you don’t even have to pay for.

Games.crossfit.com

Before the $1 millon prize money the CrossFit Games didn’t have a site and when you attended it was more like a camping trip then a sports event. With athletes competing all over the world and a media team bring you updates on all the action you could easily waste a whole work day here… hint, hint.

Be sure to check out the “About the Games” section to understand how it all works.

Crossfitendurance.com

When CF Endurance first came out many people hated on it. What a specialized form of CrossFit?? Now it is the place for many to go to work on running and other endurance events.

Be sure to check out the FAQ to understand all the terms and workouts programming CFE uses.

Mobilitywod.com

Mobility WOD is kinda newer to the online world but that don’t let that fool you. The idea is basically a video teaching about unf*cking your body everyday. Now if only you would do it to fix that gnarly overhead squat right?

Be sure to check out any of the videos. They are all awesome.

We are only just starting to scratch the surface here with all the great CrossFit Websites out there. What sites should be cover next?
